Our website is designed to assist our customers in obtaining information about travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations, and conducting business with travel suppliers. Before using our website for any transactions, please carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms, and your use of the website implies agreement with any modifications.

A. General Disclaimer

Fond Travels operates as a physical travel agency, offering direct flight deals and coordinating travel-related arrangements with third-party suppliers like airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and vacation package providers. Rates quoted by us include service fees, taxes, and other charges. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors on our website or for non-delivery of travel products and services by third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee, insure, or endorse third-party services, their financial status, or any reimbursement for losses caused by them. If a supplier defaults after payment, they are solely responsible for refunds. We are not accountable for actions or inactions of travel suppliers beyond our control, including irregularities, delays, or accidents.

We are not responsible for price fluctuations, changes in flight schedules, or accommodation after booking and payment. We do not control overbooking, cancellations, rerouting, flight delays, strikes, or weather-related issues affecting reservations. Currency rates may vary; we are not responsible for currency conversion or rates after payment for international travel.

We do not validate, endorse, guarantee, or promote products or services advertised on our website. Additional Terms & Conditions may apply when booking travel-related services, forming a contract between you and the travel supplier. Please read and agree to these additional terms when making reservations with us.

B. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to transact business with us, and provide accurate and complete information when using our website. Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in denial of access to our website and services. We reserve the right to cancel services or travel reservations and take legal action against suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity, holding you responsible for monetary losses, including damages and legal costs.

C. Travel Supplier Rules and Restrictions

Additional Terms & Conditions apply when purchasing travel-related services and products through us. Read these carefully. For flight bookings, refer to the airline's Terms & Conditions on their website. Compliance with supplier rules and payment in full are required for airfare guarantees. Airlines and suppliers may change prices without notice, and failure to make full payment on time can result in booking cancellations.

We may offer reservations with two one-way tickets instead of a roundtrip. Each one-way ticket has distinct rules, restrictions, and fees. If airlines make schedule changes or cancellations, customers are responsible for fees related to changes to unaffected flights.

Violating supplier rules and restrictions may lead to reservation cancellations, denial of access to services, forfeiture of reservation payments, and debiting your account for related costs.

D. Our Booking Process

We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer on behalf of the travel supplier when you book with us. Our email confirmation acknowledges receipt of your offer but does not confirm the booking contractually. The booking is confirmed only upon full payment received by us along with your acknowledgment. The availability, price, and details of your booking are subject to confirmation by the travel supplier. We may allow changes or cancellations at our discretion, following these Terms & Conditions.

We are not responsible if you are denied boarding, delayed, or deported due to non-compliance with supplier rules or government requirements. In such cases, no refunds are alloted.

All passengers on a booking must travel together; individual passengers cannot be added or removed. We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices and offer options for cancellation or payment of price differences before departure.

Your booking is provided by the travel supplier. Frequent flyer points and miles must be verified with the relevant supplier. After confirmation and ticket issuance, names and destinations cannot be changed.

E. Pricing, Taxes/Fees, and Payment

Quoted prices include applicable fees and taxes. Additional fuel surcharges and service fees, if any, are charged by travel suppliers at check-in. For inquiries about these charges, contact the supplier directly.

We accept major credit cards with verifiable billing addresses. Full payment is required at booking. You must ensure that the credit card details provided are accurate and accepted by the merchant. Prices, offers, and conditions may change without notice. If your credit card is declined, we will notify you by email within 72 hours, and your transaction will not proceed. We do not guarantee fares or booking details. In case of fare changes, you can cancel your booking without cost or service fees.

F. Our Fees and Exceptions

We charge service fees in addition to supplier costs and fees. Our fees are generally non-refundable and apply per passenger, per ticket.

  • Fond Travels Booking Fees Online/Over the Phone:Up to C$200* per passenger, per ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.

Fond Travels Post-Ticketing Fees:

  • Within 24 hours of booking:Up to C$100* per passenger, per ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.
  • Beyond 24 hours of booking:Up to C$200* per passenger, per ticket for U.S. Domestic and International flights.

Changes to already purchased flights are subject to airline fare rules. Fond Travels does not guarantee or assume responsibility for reservations or bookings altered by travel suppliers upon request or due to schedule changes.

G. Cancellations & Exchange

Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airlines may allow cancellations on a case-by-case basis, providing a credit for future ticket purchases on the same airline. Credits must be used before expiration. Cancellation of eligible bookings must be done by phone with our customer service ahead of the scheduled departure. We do not guarantee cancellations. Booking a new ticket with airline credit may require payment of fare differences, airline penalties, and applicable Fond Travels post-ticketing fees. Flight ticket changes are governed by airline fare rules, procedures, and policies beyond our control.

H. Cancellations & Refund

After 24 hours of booking, most of our flight tickets, vacation packages, prepaid car rentals, hotels, and service fees are non-refundable. Refund requests are considered if fare rules allow and if waivers are obtained from travel suppliers. The refund process may take time, and we rely on travel suppliers for refunds. Suppliers may impose refund penalties, and Fond Travels charges applicable post-ticketing service fees.

Please Note: We are not responsible for flight ticket changes beyond our control, governed by airline fare rules and policies.
