When you make reservations or bookings through us, you are essentially doing so on behalf of these suppliers.

We want to make it explicitly clear that Fond Travels cannot be held responsible for or liable in any way for any breaches of contract that may arise due to the actions of our primary suppliers, whether intentional or unintentional. This includes any potential losses, damages, delays, or injuries that you, your group members, or travel companions may experience. If, however, one of our primary suppliers fails to deliver the service for which you and/or your group members have already made payment, the responsibility for providing a refund falls solely to the defaulting supplier. This refund may come from insurance covering such defaults, if available, or from other responsible third parties, unless the issue was directly caused by Fond Travels.

Our primary suppliers will not be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond their control that might result in losses, damage, or injuries during your travels. These circumstances may include but are not limited to construction or mechanical failures, diseases, terrorist activities, local laws and regulations, adverse weather conditions, criminal acts, or unexpected developments. They will not assume responsibility for any omissions or actions in such cases.

It is your responsibility, as well as that of your group members, to ensure you have all the necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and any other entry requirements, as well as vaccinations, as required. Additionally, please stay informed about safety and security conditions at each destination throughout your planned travel period. Fond Travels and our primary suppliers cannot be held liable for any issues related to these aspects of your journey.

You and your group members must understand that you assume all risks associated with travel, whether they are expected or unexpected. While we recommend purchasing appropriate trip insurance that provides adequate coverage and protection against these risks, the decision to retain bookings, reservations, or tickets after they have been issued and ticketed will be considered as your consent to do so. Furthermore, please ensure that this information is conveyed to all your group members.
